Ristorante D'Amici

The staff were great and very friendly, the restaurant itself was very fancy and air conditioned (at the time we went it was summer) we ordered tripe soup and pasta with fettucini and beef. We were impressed by a coldroom where cured meat was being preserved (see picture below) and a room with pasta where it was drying. We ordered an appetizer which was a prosciutto board and for the main a pizza and all of the above. The tripe soup was great the pizza also great but the pasta weren't exactly meeting our expactations the beef did not go well with the fettucini it was overpowering and you couldn't taste anything else but the beef (the beef was in the menu recipe it wasn't ordered by us as an extra). Overall it was a good experience we will come back if we are in the area.

I had a lunch at this restaurant and it was nothing short of exceptional. As soon as I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a delightful meal. The service was spot-on—attentive and prompt, contributing to an overall great dining experience. It’s the attention to detail in customer service that really makes a place stand out, and this restaurant certainly nailed it. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on both food and service, this is it. Five stars, well earned!

The restaurant is in downdown, few minute walk from square market. The food is delicious and the personell is nice. You can have both Romanian and Italian cuisine.
